Georgia L Haislet This portrait of my late mother, Georgia L. Haislet, was done from life and a photograph taken during the time of my father's last illness. One of the last "Grand Dames," she was a frail, tiny thing, who had to get around with the help of a cane. Of course, this limited her walks around town, when weather permited, to not more than six miles each day. The portrait is painted in an impressionistic manner on a Fredrick canvas. GALLERY
